Please arrive at least thirty minutes before the start of the concert in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, so the audience must already be seated beforehand. It is not possible to join the event once it has started. Please remember that our tickets do not allow exchanges nor refunds.

Should you arrive late, you may not be allowed to enter and you will not be refunded.

Your seat belongs to a specific zone depending on the chosen visibility. Once you arrive at the event, you will show your ticket and an usher will guide you to your seating zone. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (always within your ticket’s zone).

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
